This weekends recent weather forecast has me in the summer mood. Thinking about overly hot days lying on the beach, drinking pints with the boys, going up to the cottage, rolling up your skinnys, rolling down your windows, and getting that perfect memory that you take with you back through the fall and winter, just to get you by. The great thing about this time of year is that all the ladies never fail to impress, as we lay there gawking with huge smiles on our faces at all of the pretty women passing us by.
This year needs to be no different than the last, so get prepared, take the necessary actions in order to ride out your summer to the fullest! And it all starts with the commitment to your physique, so get in the gym and work hard. Stop fucking around and be a man.
